Healthy and Delicious | The Food
Systems Synergy Study & Recipes
I
had a business focusing on healthy food and delicious cooking.
That venture provided the origins for this heirloom project
and included:
• Teaching health
food cooking both privately and to the public
•
Creating,
baking, marketing and distributing an allergy-free muffin
product called, Alison's Muffins
•
Lecturing on nutrition in Continuing Ed Programs, a cooking
institute, health food stores, libraries, etc.

Healing Systems Synergy Study
This heirloom project is based upon my HealthCare Resources
business; it involved:

Representing
and promoting Holistic HealthCare Practitioners

Educating
the public to holistic modalities
•
Advocated
for Holistic Medicine to become part of the Medical Mainstream
•
Publishing
a quarterly newsletter, appearing on TV and radio, writing
articles and Letters to the Editor
